Stocks or Real Estate

Where do you invest in 2008?  Interest rates are still at all time lows and we are looking at the Feds to continue that trend.  I knew a savvy investor in Chicago who used to say do what everyone is not.  Of course he had a game plan and had numbers he needed to see in the deal but he always wanted to be in the minority.  There are deals out there and we are seeing the “investors” coming out.  Just a heads up!
